Plumbing Specialist

Sabin Electric, LLC is seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for installing and repairing water supply lines and drainage systems.

• Install and Maintain Plumbing Systems: Assemble and install plumbing systems for new construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and building codes.
• Troubleshoot and Repair Pipe Systems: Identify and resolve issues with pipe and pipeline systems, utilizing your expertise to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
• Review and Interpret Blueprints: Carefully review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures, ensuring that all projects meet our high standards.
• Maintain and Repair Septic and Commercial Sewer Systems: Regularly inspect and maintain septic and commercial sewer systems, performing repairs and replacements as needed to prevent system failures.
• Prepare Written Work Estimates: Develop detailed, written work estimates for clients, outlining the scope of work, materials, and labor required for each project.
• Adhere to Safety Policies: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to our safety policies and procedures, ensuring the well-being of yourself and your colleagues.

• Previous Experience: Possess previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
• Blueprint Reading and Interpretation: Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, ensuring that you can accurately understand project requirements.
• Physical Demands: Be able to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces.
• Troubleshooting and Critical Thinking: Possess strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills, enabling you to resolve complex issues and make informed decisions.
