Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced trauma unit setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current valid GA nursing license or eNLC nursing license.
- Current BLS certification.
