Collaborative Support Programs is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Enhanced Support Specialist to join our team. As an Enhanced Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing direct support, skill development, and community resource linkages to residents who have a psychiatric, substance use disability, and/or are within the legal system.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide person-centered, collaborative support to residents, empowering them to live independently and achieve their full potential.
* Assess residents' needs and develop service plans to address their goals and objectives.
* Work closely with residents to identify and access community resources, promoting their overall well-being.
* Participate in the development and delivery of service plans, ensuring a comprehensive and supportive approach.
* Advocate for residents' rights and interests, promoting their autonomy and dignity.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED, plus 4 years of related work or life experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a mental health-related discipline.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
* Proficient in MS Office products and general computer literacy.
* Valid NJ Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
* Lived experience: CSPNJ prioritizes hiring individuals who have used their own life experience dealing with mental health/substance use challenges to inspire and support others.
