We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Technician to join our team at Segula Technologies. As an Aircraft Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Repair Aircraft Systems: Identify and resolve issues with aircraft mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with pilots, engineers, and other maintenance personnel to ensure seamless aircraft operations.
  • Adhere to Safety Protocols: Maintain a safe working environment by following all relevant safety procedures and regulations.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with the latest aircraft technologies and best practices.
Requirements
  • A&P License: Possess a valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, either in a fixed-wing or rotary-wing environment.
  • Business Aircraft Experience: Preference given to candidates with experience in business aircraft maintenance.
  • Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.
  • Tool Ownership: Possess a basic set of hand tools and demonstrate inventory and control of tools.
  • Ground Support Equipment Qualifications: Obtain necessary qualifications for ground support equipment operation.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work unscheduled overtime, including non-scheduled work days and holidays.
  • Weather Conditions: Ability to work in seasonal and inclement weather conditions.
  • Basic PC Skills: Possess basic computer skills.
  • Security Clearance: Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge (if applicable).
