Job Description:

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team for a full-time opportunity in Home Health Visits.

As an Occupational Therapist for BAYADA, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team providing rehabilitative care to patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' functional status and develop individualized intervention plans.
  • Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor aspects of performance and provide targeted interventions.
  • Educate and instruct patients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Requirements:

  • A current Maryland Occupational Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Graduation from an occupational therapy program accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and the AOTA.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
