We are seeking a skilled Material Handler/Set up Technician to join our team at Foreman Tool Saint Charles Facility. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for loading and mixing material, cleaning hoppers, and ensuring boxes and material are ready and available. With on-the-job training, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow into a Set up Technician role, setting molds, connecting water lines, and performing basic start-ups on injection molding machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and mix material, clean hoppers, and ensure boxes and material are ready and available
  • Set molds, connect water lines, and perform basic start-ups on injection molding machines
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Participate in on-the-job training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in injection molding or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
