Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Technician to join our team at US AMR-Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment life.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Respond to emergency situations and perform repairs as needed to minimize downtime.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on maintenance activities and recommend improvements to processes and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in building engineering and maintenance with a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Type II EPA 608 Certification and valid state driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb up to 30 ft. ladders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Universal EPA 608 Certification.
  • Knowledge of overall MEP/HVAC system design and application.
  • Experience managing work orders and utilizing CMMS technology.
