Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team at ICONMA, L.L.C. As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients to determine their mental, physical, and spiritual needs, and develop individualized plans of care to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to implement and evaluate patient care plans, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Use clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition, and take appropriate action to ensure patient safety.
  • Meet Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care, and maintain accurate and complete medical records.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to provide comprehensive care to patients, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ICU RN, with a strong background in critical care nursing.
  • ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications, or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire.
  • Strong clinical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
