About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Associate to join our team at the Barstow Office Building. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct care to patients under the supervision of our Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, or Physicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides direct care to patients, including vital sign collection, health history verification, and documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Prepares exam rooms, sets up equipment and supplies, and maintains a clean and organized environment
  • Assists with procedures, administers medications and vaccinations, and performs therapeutic treatments and health screenings
  • Responds to urgent situations, calls for clinical assistance as needed, and maintains clinic medications, vaccinations, supplies, and equipment
  • Floated to other departments or clinic locations as assigned by PHMG Leadership

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Completion of Medical Assistant, EMT, LPN, or other equivalent clinical training program
  • Current EMT B, LPN, or CMA license
  • AHA BLS or ability to obtain upon hire
  • 1 Year of experience, New graduates will be considered
