  • Oversee maintenance and operations of multiple facilities.
  • Plan and coordinate installations and refurbishments, including telecommunications, HVAC, and plumbing systems.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of technical operations and best practices in facilities management.

  • Familiarity with basic financial principles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in facility management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFM) are advantageous.
  • Experience with CMMS or Work Order Management systems.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and walk for extended periods.
  • Capacity to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
  • Must pass drug screening and background checks.
