Bartender - Parlor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Hard Rock International. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Provide superior customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Pour drinks according to established recipes and maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Monitor par levels of all supplies and communicate any problems or situations to immediate supervisor
• Responsible for the security and accuracy of assigned bank and accountable for any and all overages and shortages
• Open and close bar according to established procedures and provide work direction for bar attendants assigned to bar
• Assist with other duties at special events or parties and assist where necessary
• Attend and participate in meetings, completing follow-up as assigned

• Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming/Lottery regulations
• Must successfully pass background check and drug screening
• Must be twenty one (21) years of age
• Knowledge of mixology and ability to create a wide variety of drinks
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of employees
• Ability to observe and direct actions of bar attendants and inspect and maintain areas for which responsible
• Ability to distinguish between different denominations of currency and make change
• Ability to review and comprehend drink recipes and other necessary documentation
