Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our team at Pediatric Dental Associates. The ideal candidate will be registered as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) and hold a valid registration in the state of Tennessee.

The successful candidate will assist the dentist in patient care, prepare patients for dental procedures, and provide chair-side assistance during dental procedures. They will also maintain patient records and charting, take and develop x-rays, sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment, and educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques.

We value a professional who has experience in chair-side assisting, taking digital radiographs, and providing patient education. Our office is committed to delivering quality care, so we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the dentist in patient care.
  • Prepare patients for dental procedures.
  • Provide chair-side assistance during dental procedures.
  • Maintain patient records and charting.
