Are you a driven and ambitious professional looking to take your career to the next level? We're seeking a Studio Manager at BODY20 North Broomfield to lead our studio's daily operations, sales, and staff development.

About the Studio Manager Role:

  • This is a full-time salaried position with an estimated annual salary range of $70,000-$90,000, plus commissions and performance bonuses.
  • You'll be responsible for achieving top-tier performance metrics, including revenue growth, inventory management, payroll control, cost optimization, and facilities maintenance.
  • As a key member of the management team, you'll collaborate with the Franchisee to develop and implement effective business strategies.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Lead and manage the Sales Team and Coaches to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee financial performance, including revenue growth, inventory management, payroll control, and cost optimization.
  • Host regular staff meetings, plan special events, and maintain a clean and well-maintained facility.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve overall studio performance.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, preferably in boutique fitness or related industries.
  • Strong sales and leadership skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with 3+ years of management experience.
  • Minimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annually.
