Position Overview

Under the supervision of the Dietary Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:
  • Executing all facets of meal preparation, service, and ensuring food quality aligns with the established menu, resident preferences, and prescribed therapeutic diets.
  • Adhering to appropriate sanitation and infection control standards to comply with state and federal regulations.
  • Managing general kitchen operations during the Dietary Manager's absence.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Experience in large-scale food preparation within a healthcare environment is preferred.
Additional Information

Job Type: Part-Time

Shift: Evening Shift, Flexible Scheduling

Wage Range*: $19.00/hr-$20.50/hr, Negotiable (based on experience)

2nd/Evening Shift Differential: $2.00/hr

Years of Experience Incentive Pay: $0.15 per year, up to ten (10) years
