Job Summary:

Vantage Aging is seeking a skilled Chore Specialist to join our team. As a Residential Cleaning Professional, you will be responsible for completing heavy-duty cleaning tasks in residential or commercial environments, maintaining a positive safety culture.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform heavy cleaning tasks, including washing walls and windows, scrubbing carpets, cleaning kitchen appliances, and trash removal.
  • Organize assigned job areas, including moving and removing boxes, organizing belongings, cleaning out closets and cupboards.
  • Ensure safety while using cleaning equipment, ladders, step stools, and cleaning chemicals to complete job assignments.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Completion of infection control training or competency as assigned.
  • Familiarity with household cleaning equipment and safety protocols.
