Job Highlights

We are seeking an Academic Dermatology Specialist to join our top-tier University Program in Norfolk, Virginia.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work part-time or full-time and will be given freedom and support to create their own niche within the specialty.

The role includes 4 clinical days and 1 day of protected admin/research time. Prior academic experience is not required, as ample opportunities for scholarly pursuits are available.

This position is open to both new graduates and established providers, with leadership development opportunities also available.

Financial Highlights

Our competitive base salary ranges from $250,000 to $350,000 per year, with yearly salary increases, production incentives, relocation assistance, and sign-on bonuses.

In addition, we offer a resident or fellowship stipend, up to $150,000 in student loan forgiveness, and sponsorship for H1B and J1 visas.
