Job Summary

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Med Surg Float RN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to a designated group of patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
  • Implement and evaluate nursing interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
  • AHA BLS certification prior to end of orientation period
