Job Overview

The Barista is a key member of the Hawk's Nest Espresso Team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality espresso experience.


We are seeking an on-call or temporary Barista who may be offered part or full-time employment down the road. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Customer Service: Sell coffee and miscellaneous espresso merchandise, operate the cash register accurately, and provide top-notch customer service.
  2. Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and orderly espresso area, including sweeping and mopping as directed.

Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent, prior experience in an espresso operation preferred, and a valid Washington State Driver's License.
