We are seeking a versatile Registered Nurse float in the Northwestern Indiana region.

We welcome applications from individuals with an ASN or BSN. Comprehensive paid training in hemodialysis is available for those without prior experience.
Work Schedule: Earliest start time is 4 AM; latest shift concludes at 9 PM, with flexible shift durations (schedules are prepared one month in advance).
Position Highlights:
- No prior dialysis experience is necessary.
- Training may occur in various facilities or training clinics outside of your designated home clinic.
What You Can Anticipate:
- Establish meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families in a close-knit outpatient setting.
- Join a supportive team that fosters a positive work environment.
- Provide care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, necessitating unique treatment plans and the application of a broad spectrum of nursing skills and knowledge.
- Supervise a group of patients with the assistance of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and manage equipment setup.
- Engage your intellect, compassion, and skills daily in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications:
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited nursing program is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or a three-year diploma from an accredited program may be considered.
- While not mandatory, experience in Intensive Care Units (ICU), Critical Care Units (CCU), Emergency Rooms (ER), or Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) settings can be beneficial.
- Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
