Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at FullBloom. As a Clinical Language Developer, you will be working with students who require additional educational and behavioral supports to overcome challenges that impede success in a traditional school setting.

About the Role
  • Salary: $80,000-$105,000 per annum, based on experience and credentials
Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality education services to students. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnosing and addressing learning, social, and emotional skill gaps in students
  • Collaborating with school teams and families to offer personalized guidance and deliver evidence-based learning and instructional models
  • Designing and implementing intervention programs to remediate deficit speech/language skills of identified students
  • Providing consultation and collaboration with school staff and parents in support of student's speech language goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning required
  • Master's Degree from an ASHA accredited university is required
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license/credential is required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency is preferred
  • Experience working with students in a school setting is preferred
