Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Jones Welding & Industrial Supply, Inc. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and general warehouse operations.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments of welding supplies and equipment
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders in a timely manner
  • Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and assisting with inventory replenishment
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide basic product information
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
