Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our innovative Acuity Adaptable Unit. As an RN in this dynamic setting, you will provide top-notch nursing care to patients with varying levels of acuity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive and compassionate nursing care to patients across a spectrum of medical conditions.
  • Utilize your broad clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
  • Work in a flexible and dynamic setting, adapting quickly to changes in patient acuity and care requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Experience in hospital or acute care setting.
  • Clear communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Able to keep confidential information regarding patients, team members.
  • Able to withstand crisis situations.
  • Has skills to provide customer service to patients, team members, and visitors.
  • Knowledge and experience with electronic health records.
Compensation

Estimated salary: $59.73 per hour (Expert level)
