Job Overview

Nuvem, Inc seeks a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead and grow our pharmacy presence. As a compassionate and patient-centric Pharmacist, you will work closely with healthcare providers and their staff to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Lead and direct your pharmacy staff to achieve specific goals and maximize their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Patient Education: Provide support and education to patients on their medications, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Operational Management: Oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor of Science or PharmD in Pharmacy degree from an accredited university is required.
  • Licenses/Credentials: Required licensing/credentialing/certification as established by federal and state regulations in the state where you practice.
  • Experience: Previous management experience in a retail pharmacy setting, preferably with knowledge of 340B programs, is necessary.
Physical Requirements
  • Standing: Standing for extended periods is required.
  • Fine Motor Skills: Repetitive hand movements using a keyboard or phone are necessary.
  • Sensory Abilities: The ability to hear, write, and speak effectively is essential.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
