Nurse Practitioner

As a Registered Nurse with Montage Health, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. Under the guidance of our experienced team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and assessing nursing care according to our hospital's policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent assessment skills, critical thinking abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. A thorough understanding of fetal monitoring equipment and tracings is essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team in the FBC, a full-service birthing center with 13 birthing suites. The successful candidate will be responsible for antepartum, labor, delivery, post-partum, and mother-baby care, and will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of current labor and delivery nursing experience, with a preference for 5 years or more. You will also need to possess a thorough understanding of hemodynamics and basic IV skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Requirements:
- Current RN license in the State of California
