**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paraprofessional to join our team in Addison, IL. The successful candidate will provide support to students with special needs in a general education classroom setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist the lead teacher in implementing instructional plans and providing individualized support to students
  • Provide one-on-one assistance to students with special needs
  • Assist with classroom management and organization

**Requirements:**

  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field
  • Paraprofessional praxis exam or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work with children with disabilities
