Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Queens. As an Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner, you will provide quality care to clients, conduct medical evaluations, and educate clients on their medical and psychosocial needs.
Responsibilities- Provide occupational health care services to clients in accordance with generally accepted standards of professional practice and Mobile Health policies.
- Review medical histories, coordinate onsite medical care, and provide support to the team.
- Participate in performance improvement programs, stay up-to-date on occupational health policies and regulations, and maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a positive work culture and support health care initiatives.
- Master's degree in Nursing and certification as an Adult, Family Nurse Practitioner by the New York State Education Department.
- Established Collaborative Agreement and experience using EMR/EHR.
- Effective communication and customer service skills, with good computer literacy and ability to process automated health records accurately.
- Competitive hourly rate: $68 - $75 per hour.
- Travel stipend: $150 per pay period.
