Job Title: Injection Molding Technician

We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and monitoring processes, testing product quality, maintaining equipment systems, and ensuring a clean and safe production area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control production machine parameters to ensure optimal performance
  • Test and inspect products to ensure quality and consistency
  • Maintain equipment systems and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Identify and report machine faults and production rate errors to supervisors and production engineers
  • Ensure a clean and safe production area, adhering to company safety protocols
  • Collaborate with production engineers to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
  • Perform tasks related to mold setup, material changes, and purging
  • Meet standards for efficiency, scrap, and safety
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in injection molding processing
  • Excellent analytical and observational skills
  • Sound knowledge of industrial machines and mechanical processes
