Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to address patients' functional needs and goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patients' strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services, including education and training on proper use of equipment and techniques.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of employment.
  • Minimum one year of experience as an OT in an acute care setting, with home care experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
