Key Responsibilities:

Direct Patient Care:
Provide essential care services, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).

Monitoring Vital Signs:

Regularly check and document vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen levels, reporting any irregularities to the nursing staff.


Medication Support:
Assist in the administration of medications under the guidance of a licensed nurse, ensuring accurate dosages and proper record-keeping.

Mobility Support:
Aid patients with mobility challenges, including transferring and positioning, to prevent discomfort and maintain their well-being.

Record Keeping:
Keep precise and current patient records, documenting care provided, changes in health status, and any incidents.

Emotional Support:
Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging in meaningful interactions to enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Safety Assurance:
Maintain a safe environment by identifying potential hazards and responding promptly to emergencies.

Effective Communication:

Communicate clearly with the healthcare team, patients, and their families, providing updates on patient progress and addressing any concerns.


Hygiene Maintenance:

Ensure a clean and sanitary environment for patients, assisting with toileting, changing linens, and organizing patient areas.


Team Collaboration:
Work closely with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
