Job Title: Practical Nurse for Ventilator and Tracheostomy Care

**Overview:**
UPMC is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Muncy Place facility. As a member of our ventilator and tracheostomy care unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.

Salary: $68,000 - $92,000 per year

**Job Description:**
We are looking for an experienced LPN who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing direct resident care. You will also work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care.

**Requirements:**
* Completion of a Practical Nursing Program approved by the State Board of Nursing
* Long term care experience preferred
* Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire
* Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
* Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
* Act 34
* OAPSA
