Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lash Stylist to join our team at Posh Lash and Laser. As a Lash Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful lash looks for our clients while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and apply lash looks that meet our high standards
  • Provide a personalized and exceptional client experience
  • Sell products, tools, and memberships to our clients
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized studio environment
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

  • Current and valid cosmetology or esthetician license for the state in which you are applying
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Desire to provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with clients
