Role Overview

As a Retail Merchandising Specialist - Walmart - PRIMARY at Acosta, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the visibility of our client brands within Walmart stores by ensuring product availability. Your role in executing merchandising strategies will connect consumers with their favorite brands in one of the largest retail environments.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and retrieve merchandise from the backroom to ensure products are available on the sales floor.
  • Stock and organize products to facilitate customer access.
  • Ensure product displays are visually appealing and well-organized.
  • Receive and transport marketing materials to the store as required.
  • Set up promotional displays according to guidelines to maximize product visibility.
  • Construct displays to highlight client products as necessary.
  • Utilize Acosta's mobile technology to complete tasks and answer basic queries.
  • Document completed tasks with photographs to showcase your achievements.
  • Represent Acosta and its clients within your assigned Walmart locations.
  • Collaborate with Walmart management and staff to ensure successful execution of tasks.
  • Maintain communication with your direct supervisor through various channels.
