Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Staff - Provide supervision and training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCaBAs.
  • Parent Training - Collaborate with parents/caregivers to implement structured parent training programming.
  • Assessments & Plan Writing - Develop accurate assessments, reassessments, and effective behavior plans.
  • Data Analysis - Conduct functional analysis, weekly data analysis, and track data outcomes for fidelity.
  • Schedule Management - Maintain patient and RBT schedules for parent training and in-home services.

Requirements:

  • BCBA Certification
  • Master's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in ABA therapy
