Golf Management Internship

Congressional Country Club is a renowned golf and country club offering an exceptional experience for members. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Golf Apprentices- 6-Month PGA Golf Management Intern.

This is a full-time seasonal position responsible for assisting in the oversight and management of the golf operation. You will work cooperatively with other departments to promote an exceptional "golf experience," provide excellent services, and programs to all members.

• Assist with the management of daily golf operations, including managing and tracking play, protecting and controlling assets, supervising golf staff, managing tournaments, teaching lessons, and assisting with all merchandising functions.
• Provide professional advice and assistance to all members and guests, ensuring accurate billing at the end of your shift.
• Assist with the management of the total operation of the practice facility, providing golf instruction and clinics consistent with best practice methods, policies, and procedures.
• Manage the purchasing, receipt, display, inventory, control, promotion, and sales of merchandise.
• Be informed on and promote all club activities and services.

• Enrolled in the PGA Golf Management Program, preferred.
