Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Expert to join our team at TwinSpires. As a key member of our compliance program, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Job Description:The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical or regulatory compliance. They will be responsible for conducting audits and assessments, working closely with business unit leadership and the CDI Corporate Compliance Officer, and developing and implementing a compliance program to ensure alignment with current laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct patron KYC and fraud investigations alongside risk, payments, and fraud teams.
- Assist with and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement a compliance program to ensure alignment with current laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Work with relevant third-party gaming labs where required.
- Formulate, implement, monitor, and audit all relevant training as the BSA Officer.
- Bachelor's degree or higher required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in either technical or regulatory compliance experience.
- Experience in Gaming, or other industry subject to Title 31 compliance preferred.
- Proven experience in conducting audits and assessments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
$85,000 - $110,000 per year.
