Job Summary

JP Mascaro & Sons, a leading solid waste company, is seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Birdsboro, PA. As a Loader Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the facilities' Wheel Loader in a safe and efficient manner
  • Enforce safety procedures on the tipping floor to maintain a secure work environment
  • Assist with Direct Drop Off procedures and provide excellent customer service as needed
  • Maintain the landscaping on-site, including mowing, weed-whacking, and mulching
  • Assist with on-site operations as needed, under the guidance of a supervisor
  • Keep the on-site roads and surrounding areas litter-free
Requirements
  • Ability to work in all-weather conditions and indoors
  • Willingness to work every other Saturday and overtime as required
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational skills and motivation to succeed, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
