Job SummaryWe are seeking compassionate and patient individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and nutrition
- Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting and exercise
- Encourage participation in community activities and hobbies
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized support plans
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience working with developmental disabilities
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive hourly rate from $17.27/hr-19.95/hr DOE
- Full benefits package for employees working 32+ hours/week, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match
- Paid time off plus holiday pay
