Craftsman Carpenter

This Carpenter position is a fantastic opportunity for skilled tradespeople to join our dynamic team at Sherwood Builders & Remodeling Inc. 1. Execute all aspects of frame to finish carpentry work, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to safety protocols.
2. Collaborate with project managers and architects to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
3. Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours for reporting purposes.
4. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies.

• At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on finish carpentry and structural framing.
• Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials, including basic hand tools and power tools.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus comprehensive health insurance coverage after 90 days, an IRA retirement plan with up to 3% matching contributions after one year, generous vacation policy, three days of sick time per year, and opportunities for growth and advancement.
