Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist to join our successful Cardiac Rehab gym at CFM Skin Diem. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing fitness assessments, developing training plans, and educating patients on how to use gym equipment safely. Your primary goal will be to help patients achieve their fitness objectives and improve their overall health.

Responsibilities:

Perform fitness assessments to understand each client's current fitness level

Create individualized workout plans and training routines, revising them periodically as needed

Demonstrate proper techniques for using machines and equipment

Ensure all gym safety standards and procedures are followed

Assist with Heart Health Diet lectures and videos

Chart documentation of provided services

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED required

Current Exercise Physiologist or fitness instructor certification

Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics preferred

First aid and CPR certified

Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills
