Job Description
We are actively seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and passionate Line Cook who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience working in a kitchen, be trustworthy, innovative, and possess effective communication skills. Additionally, they must be able to lift up to 60lbs and stand for long periods of time.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Cooking and preparing all menu items according to standards set by the Chef
  • Memoizing and utilizing serving portion sizes and basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen
  • Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
  • Preparing food for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces
  • Ensuring the kitchen, food prep areas, and food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards
  • Monitoring product freshness and rotating out old product based on a schedule created by the restaurant
  • Working closely with the entire kitchen team to produce consistent, top-quality food
