Hoag Medical Group, a top-ranked health system in Orange County, California, is seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a reputable and growing health program while enjoying the beautiful Southern California lifestyle.

Position Details:

  • Full-time opportunities available throughout Orange County, CA
  • Clinics operate Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Physicians will maintain 36 direct patient care hours with additional designated administrative time
  • Average daily schedule: 18-21 patients per day
  • Experience working in various settings, including small group offices and large group organizational settings
  • Participate in community service and philanthropic activities within the community
  • Occasional weekend and extended patient care hours may be required

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package with a salary range of $270-$300k, plus quality and performance bonuses
  • Coverage for medical staff, licensure, DME, board certification fees, and malpractice
  • Medical benefits (medical, dental, vision) and annual CME allowance
  • 401K retirement plan with matching

Qualifications Required:

  • M.D. or D.O. degree
  • Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • EMR proficiency (EPIC system)
  • Multilingual skills are preferred
