Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a primary care setting, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, protocols, and best practices in primary care.
- Current RN licensure in any state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- At least 36 months of experience in a primary care setting, with a minimum of 2 years in the specialty
- COVID-19 vaccination required
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Tribal Health is a fully accredited 12-bed hospital staffed by Physicians and Nurse Practitioners. We provide comprehensive primary care based on the Primary Care Medical Home (PCMH) model. Our hospital offers 24/7 care and is designated as a Level IV trauma center. Additional services include inpatient care, outpatient care, dental services, behavioral health, optometry, nutritional counseling, and telehealth.
