Restaurant Manager Job Description

Hooters of America LLC is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Hooters of Fairfax location. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of hourly employees to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives, including financial performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
