About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Labor and Delivery (L&D) RN Traveler. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and families, providing high-quality care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to obstetric patients, including labor and delivery support, postpartum care, and newborn care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and utilize medical equipment as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
