Job Overview

Salary: $18/hr

Training: Comprehensive paid training provided.

Experience: Preferred but not mandatory.

Work Schedule: Flexible, totaling 24 hours per week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate with minimal supervision.
  • Conduct painting and minor repairs for the organization’s facilities.
  • Effectively organize and prioritize assigned work orders.
  • Maintain and manage the maintenance garage, storage areas, and vehicles.
  • Perform painting and other minor maintenance tasks.
  • Demonstrate multitasking abilities.
  • Execute both interior and exterior maintenance work.
  • Utilize specific painting tools and applications.
  • Apply knowledge of aesthetics in maintenance tasks.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail.
  • Carry out spackling and taping duties.
  • Showcase excellent organizational skills.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in painting, maintenance, or construction.
  • Valid Driver's License required.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

  • Must possess the physical capability to perform all job-related duties.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects using proper techniques.
  • Potential exposure to communicable diseases.
  • Use of power tools may be necessary for certain tasks.
  • Climbing ladders as part of job responsibilities.
