About the Role

You'll be a key part of our operations team, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality in our venues. As a Facilities Porter, you'll conduct regular inspections, address any issues that arise, and assist with special tasks and projects.

$16/hour starting salary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain facilities in excellent condition, identifying maintenance needs, safety hazards, and landscaping requirements.
  • Clean and sanitize various areas, including restrooms, dining spaces, and kitchens.
  • Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal.
  • Sweep, mop, and pressure wash to keep areas safe and clean.
  • Monitor and replenish supplies.
  • Remove trash, operate a trash compactor safely, and maintain its cleanliness.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment for guests and employees.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in facilities or janitorial roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in both indoor and outdoor settings.
