Job Title: Airworthiness Inspector A&P

As an Airworthiness Inspector A&P at General Dynamics, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and airworthiness of our aircraft. Your expertise in aircraft maintenance and inspection will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft and components to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.
  2. Review and verify maintenance documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  3. Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify and address any quality control issues.
  4. Mentor and train technicians on effective documentation and quality control procedures.
  5. Perform audits to ensure compliance with FAR Part 145 and company quality control manual.
Requirements:
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Airframe and Powerplant License required.
  3. 4 years of experience in aircraft maintenance on large/mid-size aircraft.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to work all shifts and lift up to 40 lbs.
