About the Role:

Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at our Distribution Center in Princeton, IL. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of merchandise, from receiving and stocking to shipping and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Stocking: Utilize forklift and/or other power equipment to unload freight, process product via RF Scanner onto dock in preparation for stocking.
  • Order Filling: Use Voice Collect headset to select and stage merchandise for transport, while efficiently fulfilling orders via foot or forklift.
  • Shipping: Operate forklift or other power equipment to strategically load product onto outgoing trailers.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Must be able to accurately process merchandise and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs, stand for extended periods, and walk or stand for long periods of time.
