Valet Cashier Associate

Job Summary

The Valet Cashier will be the primary point of contact for the valet parking team and front drive activity, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and communicate vehicle "pulls" to the key control coordinator in a timely manner.
  • Process parking charges, collect payments, and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Respond to guest room calls regarding vehicle retrieval and ensure vehicles are pulled in accordance with guest specifications.
  • Coordinate outside transportation and communicate with relevant parties.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Physical Demands

The majority of work tasks are performed outdoors, requiring the ability to stand for up to 7 hours per day and walk for extended periods. The role also involves grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability, as well as visual acuity.
