Job Summary

The LPN, under the direction and supervision of the RN, is responsible for providing high-quality patient care and addressing the health educational needs of patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient care services under the direction of the RN, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and safety.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients, incorporating knowledge of growth and development principles.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to manage patient care assignments and optimize unit operations.
  • Participate in health education initiatives to promote patient empowerment and self-care.
  • Meet the qualifications and requirements for licensure as an LPN in the State of Kentucky, with certification in area of specialty preferred.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as an LPN in the State of Kentucky.
  • Certification in area of specialty preferred.
  • One to two years clinical experience preferred.
  • CPR certification required.
  • ACLS certification recommended.
  • PALS recommended.
Work Environment

Per Diem/PRN work schedule, rotating weekends and various shifts, at Spring View Hospital in Kentucky-Lebanon.
